Inpatient Psychiatric Program
The inpatient psychiatric program at Compass Intervention Center offers a secure, structured environment for children and teens who struggle with a psychiatric disorder such as anxiety, bipolar disorder or depression. The program is designed to remove young individuals from stressful circumstances and negative factors of their daily life.
Children and teens benefit from having a therapeutic setting in residential treatment programs. It provides a community in which patients can support one another through encouragement, shared experiences and empathy. Treatment also includes enrollment at our free-standing, certified school.
The inpatient psychiatric program runs 24/7 in a secure and therapeutic setting. The average length of stay is based on each patient’s medical necessity and individualized treatment plan.
