Resources for School Personnel and Families

Students, parents and educators of all ages are facing rising levels of depression and anxiety during the pandemic. Support for, and by, people with ADHD.

Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD)

Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD) is in the forefront in creating and implementing programs and services in response to the needs of adults and families affected by ADHD through collaborative partnerships and advocacy.

COGNIA

Cognia is a global network of educators that help strengthen schools, so all students have the opportunities that knowledge brings. AdvancED and Measured Progress joined to form Cognia. Schools of all types and sizes from across the globe work with Cognia to achieve the recognition they deserve through accreditation and STEM certification. Cognia addresses the unique requirements for public and private schools and systems, STEM schools, education corporations, and early learning, post-secondary, special purpose, and digital learning institutions.

National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention

The National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention (Action Alliance) is working with more than 250 national partners from the public and private sectors to advance the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention (National Strategy). The Action Alliance is currently focusing on three priority areas, selected from the National Strategy, based on their potential to save lives: transforming health systems, transforming communities, and changing the conversation.

NAMI Basics Education Program is an education program for parents and other caregivers of children and adolescents living with mental illnesses.

Worry Wise Kids mission is to improve the quality of life for anxious children and their families by providing parents, educators and mental health professionals with comprehensive, user-friendly information on the full range of anxiety disorders: how to identify symptoms, find effective treatments and prevent anxiety from taking hold in a child’s life.
